Melissa Lubrecht, LPCC​-S

Melissa Lubrecht is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over twelve years of experience in early childhood mental health. She specializes in individual and family therapy for children ages 2-12. Melissa provides treatment to children and early adolescents who are experiencing behavioral issues, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, attachment issues, and OCD. Melissa is also experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, including High Functioning Autism (formerly called Asperger's Syndrome). She has worked with children and their families in both inpatient (acute crisis care) and outpatient settings and utilizes a variety of techniques to help clients achieve treatments goals. Play and filial therapy, Trauma Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused and relaxation techniques are used to assist clients in reaching their goals. In addition, Melissa is a Licensed Clinical Counselor Supervisor who has supervised a team of Early Childhood counselors and case managers and provided oversight and clinical consultation on their cases.


Rachel Smith, LISW

​​Rachel is open to working with many concerns and needs for support. She has experience with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship concerns, issues of self worth, trauma, family difficulties, parent / relationship concerns, and most any other.  She is happy to discuss your needs specifically during an initial phone call.
     Rachel has 15 years experience in working in mental health and social wellness, the last 7 years specifically as a therapist.  She believes that her work should be tailored to the individual and wants to provide a place of understanding, acceptance, and growth for her clients.
     Many people seek out counseling when life feels off track or they simply need support from a neutral party.  Rachel's goal is to help her client's gain insight, support, and skills to reach your goals.  You are worthy of the life you desire.

Jenna Reynolds, IMFT ATR-BC 


Jenna is a Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Board Certified Art Therapist.  With over 15 years of experience within the field of mental health, Jenna has worked with many families, couples, and individuals. Areas of expertise include Early Childhood Mental Health, ADD/ADHD, trauma and abuse, attachment issues, parenting concerns, divorce, adoption, anxiety including OCD, depression, grief and loss, and Autism spectrum disorders.  While art therapy is frequently utilized, particularly with children and adolescents, other approaches are often used including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral interventions, PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), play therapy techniques, mindfulness and relaxation.   


Typically 50-55 minutes.  Flexible scheduling including weekends.  Some insurance plans are accepted.  Many clients opt for the self-pay rate of $100.

Sherry Grooms, LPCC-S, LICDC

Sherry Grooms is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor and Independently Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She has over 14 years of clinical experience supporting mental health and related concerns in adults, adolescents and children within multiple environments.  Addressing difficulties with mood or anxiety, behavioral or relationship issues as well as the aftermath of trauma, Sherry excels in assisting her clients towards discovering ways to effectively use his/her own internal strengths to overcome distress.
     Always with a client-centered approach, Sherry uses a variety of counseling techniques including (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy and a variety of methods using creative expression.  To address teen substance usage, Sherry provides a brief substance intervention program towards building knowledge, accountability and skills for making responsible choices.  Her early intervention program has been widely received and was originally designed in collaboration with the input of school administration and the Department of Juvenile Probation.
